The challenge with this project was the budget. Because of the limited funds available we had to get creative and we were able to refurbish a lot of the existing fixtures and materials. All new however is the roof shingle, kitchen and bath. We also brought the home up to code with new vinyl windows that meet egress, concrete steps, smoke detectors, fire rated door to the garage, and repaired illegal electrical junctions.
